Rachel West
Rachel resides in Toronto, Ontario and works as an Online Merchandiser for Entertainment, writing about the latest DVDs and CDs for a high profile retailer. After successfully completing her Bachelor of Arts, (Honours) in Film Studies and Art History from Carleton University, Rachel spent several years in the Canadian film and television industry including working for the Outdoor Life Network, CityTV, and a small production company. She has also spent time living and working abroad in Japan.
A published writer in both newsprint and online magazines, Rachel enjoys spending her free time traveling. Experienced in everything from solo travel to luxury cruising, Rachel has enjoyed extensive travel in Asia, Europe, Central and North America, with stops in the Middle East and tropical destinations.
When not planning her next trip, Rachel is most likely to be found at the movie theatre taking in the latest Hollywood flick, foreign film, and documentary or at home with a top bestselling novel or cookbook.
